Petersburg Vacations has patterned the following packages after the same outdoor adventures that we Alaskans enjoy. We utilize only fully licensed, permitted and insured guides on our glacier, river, and wildlife tours.

Day 1: Arrive Petersburg and check into your lodging. Self-Guided tour of downtown Petersburg shops, visit eagles roost park or stroll the docks the commercial fishing fleet.
Day 2: Select one of the adventure plans below
Day 3: Last day to finish exploring Petersburg and to purchase unique local Alaskan art, jewelry or seafood. Depart Petersburg.
Frederick Sound Whales Plan: Starting at $349 pp/do plus tax:
Experince a day with the humpback whales of Frederick Sound. Summer home to over 500 humpbacks and a few Orca’s you will remember this majestic place long after you have returned home. Experienced captains will put you close to whales and share their knowledge of the local area.
LeConte Glacier Bay Plan: Starting at $275 pp/do plus tax:
5 to 7 hours cruising among icebergs, seals, and majestic scenery as you explore the southern most tidewater glacier in North America. Narrated by experienced guides, you will never forget the day you spent at LeConte Bay.
Stikine River Plan: Starting at $389 pp/do plus tax:
Depart Banana Point boat launch for an exciting day jet boating the Stikine River. A fast flowing navigable river in the heart of a spectacular wilderness setting once proclaimed by John Muir as a Yosemite 100 miles long. Visit Chief Shakes Glacier and Chief Shakes mineral hot springs. Seals, Bears, Moose, and Eagles inhabit the Stikine River.
Anan Wildlife Observatory: Starting at $429 pp/do plus tax:
Depart Banana Point boat launch for a guided jet boat tour to Anan Wildlife Observatory. Witness the annual ritual of seals, eagles, bears and their cubs feeding on salmon that are returning to spawn in Anan Creek. This is our premium adventure package. We designed this after our own expeditions with friends and relatives who still recall the bears at Anan.
Single rates available. Discounts available for groups of 8 or larger. Plans include a local contact during you stay in Petersburg. Plans do not include meals.
